  • My dad has been making wine for years. I never had much of a desire to make wine, so I didn't show a lot of interest. Then one day I was looking into how to make my own apple cider (non-alcoholic, just fresh pressed apples.) and I ran into a site on how to make HARD apple cider. Next thing I know I have bought all my equipment and started a cider, mixed with honey... I found out later that I had actually made a cyser. Having that turn out fantastic, I was hooked!
  • Plum Wine, Ginger Mead, Sake, more cyser, and more meads!
  • Nothing yet, but I have something planned for December 21st!
  • Summer Pie Mead (Strawberry/Rhubarb), Cyser
  • Cyser, Cranberry Mead, Blueberry Mead, JAOM
  • I've got the Keg, but nothing to fill it with yet.

That is rough. How long was it in the carboy? Mead takes so long that I would be sad if I lost
some. Best part though is no blood was spilled. With glass, that is sometimes the outcome. It
