  • Started 20 years ago. Quit for awhile when my partner moved. Came back to it last year. Currently use a gravity / hybrid system scaleable to different batch sizes. Typically brew 1 gal test batches of new recipies then scale them to 5. Most batches bottled to give away to friends.
