Failed experiment is failed I guess.Not a failure ...just a lesson learned...I made the same
mistake on my batch.. but its not really tart..just more of a diluted flavor as stated

Has anybody augmented any of their ciders with actual fruit mash or puree? I imagine the sugars

One thing I forgot on my ingredients list... I also added 2 lb of light brown sugar.Also I did
not add any water to this batch.. I left the concentrate as is.
