  • Started brewing after college in 2005.
  • Whatever it is, I'll follow the style guidelines and then add way too much hops.
  • Scottish Strong Ale, Northern English Brown, Vanilla bean Belgian tripel, Black IPAs, Imperial IPAs, Oktoberfest, Red Ale, Coffee Stout, Chocolate Stout, Pale Ale, Oak Chip Lager,... and unfortunately an undrinkable hot pepper ale.

    I guessed 4 x 3 1/2 because I measured the Victory Hop Wallop that I was drinking. Yours
