- Started brewing after college in 2005.
- Whatever it is, I'll follow the style guidelines and then add way too much hops.
- Scottish Strong Ale, Northern English Brown, Vanilla bean Belgian tripel, Black IPAs, Imperial IPAs, Oktoberfest, Red Ale, Coffee Stout, Chocolate Stout, Pale Ale, Oak Chip Lager,... and unfortunately an undrinkable hot pepper ale.

I had two vials of yeast to split between three carboys. Of course, I screwed up by pitching
them in the two big carboys. The small 2 gallon batch got only the tiniest amount from the left

I guessed 4 x 3 1/2 because I measured the Victory Hop Wallop that I was drinking. Yours
