    There's a thread somewhere that talks about oxygenating your starter so that you don't need to
    oxygenate your wort. Never tried it, oxygenating wort isn't so tough, but it made sense to me.

    cover a loss. Stove, or electric. I am sure you could build a fireproof enclosure with great
