I just looked at his recipe and ours is fairly similar.Mine was 10# 2row1# chocolate1/2#
Munich1/2# crystal 80Mashed at same temp (150)1oz N brewer1oz Golding 1200ml starter wyeast

Good guess on the porter! Not Edwort's recipe though, something I came up with. My garage is

thanks for the replies.I added some more nutrient and some champagne yeast, then shook it up a
bunch to aerate (my o2 bottle is empty) I checked it today and the airlock is very slowly

With a simple dunk sparge a 7.5 gallon pot is adequateThe dunk sparge is key. Squeezing a hot
