Using a muslin bag is definitely an option. If I'm making a higher IBU beer I'll use one to
keep the amount of trub down. For low IBU beers I don't bother with the bag since there isn't
much hop mater...

I wouldn't worry about it, I always under pitch my Belgians. About a month ago I did a 1.056
wort and pitched this blend, it performed wonderfully and was down to 1.007 after two weeks.
