Thanks for the info. After 2 1 gallon ice cream buckets of berries I have 1/2 gallon of juice
and a butter bowl of pulp. I'm going to put the pulp in with the juice.

I was thinking about juicing the berries with my jack lalane juicer and using just the juice.
By doing that do I need to use acid blend and tannin?

Should I use more potassium sorbate, say 1/2 tsp, or just use the 1/4 tsp as it says on the
bottle. I use Crosby & baker.
