Apricots make a better peach beer than peaches, generally. Make your beer with apricots and

I'm not sure exactly because I'm not looking at a calculator, but I think that 3 oz of Tettnang
at 60 minutes is going to produce a LOT more than just 19 IBUs. Be careful with high bitterness
