Hey all - quick question on a pale ale (6.2% abv) fermented with super San Diego yeast (at
64F). This was a 10 gal batch, kegged half, dry hopped the other with 1 oz of cascade pellets.

Quick question - after the D-rest at 63-64F - when you rack to the secondary - do you gradually
