I think it may get very lost in a dark beer. I steeped about 10 leaves in hot water for a few
minutes and dumped it into a watermelon wheat for a week or so. No vegetal flavor (this is the

I was excited as I love most of de Proef's brews, this one was a disappointment. Zoetzuur on

Thinking about trying this recipe later on in the winter months. You said it didn't have as
malty of a profile as you would have liked. Do you think if I added more malts to your recipe
