I don't see why it wouldn't work. With extract all you're doing is sterilizing the wort and

What style of beer are you going for? Assuming its some sort of Lambic-esque wort then you'll
be fine splitting the vial between 2x 5 gallon ferments. A lot of people around here do that

For starters, you shouldn't be expecting a clear beer if you're using 47% wheat unless you have
some time to cold condition that beer is going to have haze. Whirlfloc will help, so could
