You can not. The regulator needs to receive CO2 in gaseous form, not liquid. When full, a CO2
tank has about 3/4 liquid, 1/4 gas - that gas sits at the top and feeds the regulator. Flipping

On the programs.. say i have it hold 50 for 3 days, then i want it to ramp down to 40 in 10
days.. does it automatically only drop 1 degree per day, or does it just let the fridge run

Did you circulate the water in the crock pot?Nope. Checked the temp at various heights and it

So I used my stc-1000+ as a sous vide controller and it worked great! Held my crock pot at 130°
F for a few hours and the result was some delicious ribeyes!
