  • I've always loved beer and just decided to try to brew my own. I'm still at my initial stage and still learning all I can about the overall process. So far, I have completed two beers(full extract/partial) and a mead.
  • Dunkelweizen(with my own cultivated yeasts), Dopplebock(to dedicate to my father)rnrnIn the end, I want to learn how to make a Trappist Ale because it is the only style my wife will drink.
  • Nothing...cultivating yeasts now for my Dunkel

    Where did you look for star anise? Most grocery stores should have that in the spice aisle. If
    you're in a bigger city you could try an Indian market
