The C-More AutomationDirect display can handle recipes very easily.I select the recipe and the
data is written to the PLC memory. Behind each recipe button is a recipe sheet (spreadsheet).

I use a glycol chiller to cool my fermenters, all have internal coils.Heating is not required

I love my Sankey keg washer that I built a few months back! It is easy to use and much faster
than hand washing. At the moment I don't have anything permanent to sit the keg on while it's
