Hey Claudius. I appreciate your taking the time to check out my fermentation chamber thread and shoot me a couple of "likes". I have to say that I am still relatively new to brewing, but I love the diy projects associated with brewing. I have scrolled through your many galleries of photos and I have to say that I am truly impressed. Not only are you a fantastic engineer and fabricator of some unbelievable brewing equipment, but you are also a very generous member of HBT. It's great for us novice brewers to benefit from the the help and advice of much more experienced folks like youself. I appreciate your help given to me a couple of years ago with my keezer temp controller and your willingness to share your knowledge. Thanks man.....I really appreciate it. I can only hope to someday gain a fraction of your knowledge, so that I can lend a helping hand to new brewers. Fyi....my chambers are almost done. Check it out when you get a chance. Thanks again!

Hi sir,
let me tell you that your brewery is pretty impressive, it is clear that you have put a lot of work and time into it. I would like to know if you could give me more info about your three probes temperature sensor.

Thanks in advance

Houbleu.

Whenever I am looking for ideas on automating my home brewing process your name pops up in the forum!

It appears you have taken the home brewing hobby to a whole new level. I am contacting you because I noticed you use a Siemens LOGO for some of the process. My work field uses those but the programs are already written. I am new to the PLC programming but familiar with the Siemens LOGO, S7300 and using LOGOsoft and Step 7.

I am curious if you are willing to share any of your programs associated with the chilling and fermenting processes. I could most likely figure it out with time but if you would be willing to share or point me in the right direction on brewing specific logic programming literature it would be appreciated.

John
