  • I travel a lot for work so I get to visit many Brewpubs around the country. I have become quite a beer snob through the years. Looking to start cloning many of my favorite beers I have sampled.

  • Been enjoying craft brews for about 15 years . Just started to do all-grain brewing. I pretty much have one of everything you need to homebrew. I have two 15 gal Blichmann boil pots, a therminator, a beer gun, and the 14 gal conicle fermentor. Tons of other equipment.
  • IPAs, Browns, stouts, Porters, Hefewiezens, Belgian clones, and Red ales
  • So far I have kegged the following beer:

    I bought my stir plate in order to get more consistent yeast starters. Since yeast tends to
