Carmel Apple Mead - 11-5-2011 - Remove vanilla and rack 12/30/2011 - Bottled 5. Wild grape wine - 10/30/2011 (~1.090 - L-212 pitched/racked/medium oak 6 weeks on 11/25/2011 then bottled) 6. Kate the Great - Imperial Stout - 11-13-2011 (on oak 12/6/2011) 7. Raspberry Melomel - 11-6-2011 - Kegged on 11/30/11 and backsweetened to 1.014 since I was at 1.010. 8.     this recipe calls for 3 quarts per gallon a big differenceI also use a different method to
    steep the petals (I don't) boil.

    Regarding your mash temp over shoot take a look before for autotuning steps. Autotuning must be
    similar for that PID, and most likely will be required. If not your PID will overshoot like you

    No seed pods. Likely it is just washed looking petals. When you pinch the dandy head the base
    of the petals are white. Avoid any green pieces as it adds a bitter flavor. With the sun tea
