Sounds delicious, but why you mash so low? I would've mashed in the mid 150's to get some
sweetness & body for a "sweet potato" beer.

I don't even think pumking is all that great. I think creating a better pumpkin ale is possible

I agree 100% with this post. There are many breweries who are very forthcoming about

Dammit. I ordered the extract from silver cloud, but just realized it was the imitation, not
