Grats man, and that Yooper chick does know what she's talking about.

I second . . . or fifth, Oxiclean Free as a great cleaner. And like others have said, it also
helps with label removing. Plus it leaves my sink bright and shiny!

Okay, these totally rock. The quandary between the number 2s . . . one reminds me of your evil
brewery name and the other reminds me of an early 1900's freak show. I like em both. Especially
    since I'm...

Ah, sorry. I'm sure there is someone out there that can shed some light on this. Of course they
may be asleep/passed-out at this point, but let it ride for a bit and see what happens.

Ah, well try a search here on bottling with auto siphon, or something along those lines.
There's more than a few hits. Most of them seem to suggest getting a bottling bucket to avoid
    the hassle, but t...

Hmm, I've never used an auto siphon before, much less tried to bottle with one. What is your
equipment setup, meaning do you have a bottling bucket, etc.

The latest trip to the promised land, a.k.a. Binny's Beverage Depot, was inspired by Maru's
post in the Tap Room regarding an RIS. So I took his suggestion on one of those and purchased
    some Old Raspu...

I'm assuming this is an ale. So I think it would be fine early on in the fermentation where
aeration, from a possibly bumpy car ride, wouldn't be as much of a factor. Heck, it may be fine
    later on as ...

build done quickly through the use of the bar-type-carrot and then nix the bar build while

Was the OG on target? I'm asking because with one extract kit I used, I found the OG to be four
points higher to begin with. After fermenting, the FG was four points higher than what was
    stated. In th...
