    The sauce is essentially a bechamel sauce with spinach, cilantro and roasted and peeled poblano
    and jalapeņo pureed into it. It's definitely very green and it's delicious.Hi Nuts! where ya

    As long as you're absolutely positive fermentation is finished I don't see why not, mason jars
    are not designed for pressure.
