Quite the ruckus :DI usually just leave my "normal" gravity beers in the primary the entire
time. Beers that are getting dry hopped, have fruit additions, are getting bulk aged, etc go

Great thread :) I'm thinking about using one of the Skyrim names for my 2 year old sweet mead

I use tap water filtered through a Brita filter. It's been sitting in a better bottle this
entire time.
