Home Brewing Biography: I first tried brewing in 95, partial mash with poor results... lost interest and stored the gear away for about 10 years....Then my wife (who didn't know I had brewed before) bought be a mr. beer kit for christmas. I brewed it and it actually was drinkable... fruty and a little over carb'd so I wanted to give it another try. I pulled out my gear and told her I was going to one-up that and headed to my lhbs and bought a pale ale extract kit. The pale turned out excellent and it blew up from there. For the past three years I have been brewing all grain, mostly 10 gallon batches in my brew shed about once a month. Life is good as long as the pipeline is flowing.
