Brewing and building
stuff - South Shore Brew Club
- Got into brewing about, damn, almost 20 years ago with a good friend and roommate at the time and made some decent beer for a couple of years. I moved out, got married, moved again... and during that time, I got out of brewing. I got back into brewing about seven or eight years ago now, went way off the deep end and at the time of me writing this profile, am getting ready to open a small nano (got TTB/state licenses etc. already done). rnrnAt my house, I brew on a 45 gallon single tier HERMS system. I have three thermostat controlled refridgerators I use as fermentation cabinets. Then I have a DIY walk-in cooler I built that carries 6 lines behind a wall and to a large "Irish Pub" that I built in my basement. rnrnI joined South Shore Brew Club about six/seven years ago and between the great folks in the club and the great folks on this site, I have picked up a ton of great suggestions and tid-bits on brewing.rnrnIt's been an adventure to say the least.

Yeah... For little ones like that one is, yes. I just place them on the grate like that. For
the big ones, i have that huge roasting. (Yeah yeah.. With holes drilled in it)Posted in thread: The Dysfunctional-Palooza Obnoxious Masshole BS Thread on 05-20-2013 at 10:54 PM

bit more that thatPosted in thread: The Dysfunctional-Palooza Obnoxious Masshole BS Thread on 05-20-2013 at 10:22 PM
Yeah, we saw the super fantastic bench already. Remember?"Oh, I banged four pieces of wood
together and whammo! A bench! It holds three divers and six tanks"Then I responded, "or half a
Paul". Remembe...Posted in thread: The Dysfunctional-Palooza Obnoxious Masshole BS Thread on 05-20-2013 at 07:44 PM
