Home Brewing Biography: It all started with the gifting of a Mr. Beer Kit. While I was able to make some decent beers, my thirst for better beer has led me to purchase a true starter kit in hopes that I can continue to improve my skills as a craft brewer! One year later, I had built a kegerator, doubled my capacity and haven't looked back!

24 hours at 30 is not enough to get you into the 2. range. I do 30 for 48 hours, 20 for 24 and
then to serving pressure. Even following this technique, I find that the beer is not perfectly
