  • "Greenhorn" Brewer. UC David bound. Cheese and beer are my calling. As with my cheese creations, I like to experiment with my own unique twist my brews. I.e. Lavender, Yerba mate, fennel pollen, Jasmine pearls. I love using herbs and natural things growing in the vicinity of the pacific nw to produce a tasty and unique beer.
