Getting back to the original question, YES, the oven works well to sterilize bottles. Cover the
openings of clean bottles with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hr at 350 degrees and let cool slowly.

Not to disagree with any of the above, but I would add that flavors tend to fade after about 6
months if they are not refrigerated.
