  • Got into brewing on a whim one day, went out and bought a starter kit and a batch of beer and now here I am. Got kind of lazy for a while and now I'm starting over. Going to stick with some kits for the next few brews and then I will create my own again. Just got a fridge to convert into a keggerater. Hope to go all grain someday.

    I'm doing my second all grain right now and I accidentally caluclated my strike water for 12
    lbs of grain instead of 11. Should I do anything to make up for this or just not worry about
    it?
