  • I started getting interested in brewing in college and a few years ago I went to my local home brew store and bought the book "How To Brew" by John Palmer. A few months later my wife bought me the beginning homebrewing kit for my birthday. My first brew was in May of 2004 and I've been hooked ever since.

You can ferment in korny kegs, but the purpose is not for taking that keg and hooking it right
up to the draft system. It's more for the reason that it is a stainless vessel. You can put an

Hey Bryan,

Hope all is well. Brewing is off to a good start here in CO. My first brew, a porter, turned out quite well and now I have a Paulaner style hefe in the fermenter which I'm planning to bottle tomorrow.

I was hunting
around for a Jeremiah Red clone and I came across a thread where you had suggested a recipe for someone. Did you ever try out this recipe? I'm thinking I'll either try that or IPA for my next.

Thanks Bryan,

I just found your recipe list on your website, impressive. I'm going to have to try your fat tuba pale ale sometime.
