Home Brewing Biography: I've been homebrewing for eight years. I brew all-grain on a system I made myself from converted kegs. I've brewed a whole lotta beer!
Future Brews: A series of lagers from Pilsner to Dopplebock, hitting more malty and dark and higher alcohol beers on the way...

Because my current method of brewing acidic, sour beers to dissolve the crud on the inside of
my carboys does not seem to be working...
