  • Received my first brewing kit on Christmas, 2011. A Mr Beer 2.5 gallon setup. I quickly moved on to all grain brewing and now am Yeast Wrangler/Brewer for a new brewery, Ebner Brewing Co. Ebnerbrewing.com

    Way too cool. We are looking at a 10bbl system with remote controls so we can have the HLT
    ready when we get there too. I'm hoping a standard gravity beer with a 60min boil will be
    closer to 7hrs.
