    ABOUT ME

  • I did it! made the AG jump a month or so back and it's full steam ahead! Ive got to give alot of thanks and credit to the Guys on here for all the help and encouragement to make the leap and its been great!

I have a wife and four awesome children and we enjoy working in our garden, hiking, camping and cooking together. My wife and I are extreme foodies and connoseurs of fine wine, spirits, beer and cigars. Got into homebrewing on a whim and I love the experience so far. As with cooking great food, brewing great beer takes time and patience I've learned. Looking forward to hearing other homebrewers experiences, tips and tricks.

If it's still flat after 10 days, I'd say something is going on. Either the co2 is coming out
of solution during the pour, or something. It might not be exactly fully carbed up, but it

I understand your logic but every industry has "lock-out, tag-out" procedures in place because

What prevents someone from flipping the GFI breaker back on while you are working on something?
You still need a mechanical disconnect switch on the panel to be safe. What prevents this is
    having the G...

So I'm going to wire this right next to my controller eliminating my internal power on/off
switch, and just using the "test" button as an Estop. It works. the same as wiring in a remote

/\ - This is absolutely correct with one exception. The brewery can be GFCI protected. This can
be acomplished by using a homedepot.com - Spa Panel and setting it up as a plug in device using

I see no issue with just tying the N and G together inside the controller. No code violation
there as it is considered an appliance. Rewiring the whole circuit in the basement would be a
