  • Hello,

My name is Bryan and I'm a Navy Helicopter pilot who has been into homebrewing for about a year now. I was introduced to it by a friend who is also a navy helo pilot, and I just love brewing. I have done about 15 extract brews, but I'm about to embark upon my first all grain attempt. I have just ordered my mash tun and Im very excited!

Would love to chat with others brewers in the area or elsewhere. My e-mail is:

the test to get into law school. I've been a pilot in the military for almost 20 years and

Try the caramel amber ale on this site. I believe it was posted by King Brian if I'm not
mistaken. Great beer, I made it last year and I'm going to brew it again soon.

  • Posted in thread: Anyone's SWMBO have major issues with the smell of brewing? on 07-18-2013 at 09:55 AM
My SWMBO supports my hobby but can't stand the smell of brew day. I'vd always brewed outside
anyway so no big deal. She likes the smell of finished beer (even though she hates the taste)
    so I bottle i...

When I read the header I thought you were going to put two different yeast strands in the same
fermenter and let them fight it out. May the best yeast win! :)

+1 on the Succulent Strawberry Blonde. Very nice beer, big hit with everyone who tried it from,
the BMC crowd to the craft brew fanatics. :)

I just tried this last night - it's awesome, possibly my best brew yet. I used Safale 04
because its what I have on hand. Fermented in the low 60s using a swamp cooler. I'm having my
    second one now an...

I brewed this yesterday. It's fermenting like crazy right now. Can't wait to taste it. Does
anyone have a picture of what the final product looks like? If not I will post one in a few
    weeks when mine'...
