  • I have worked at Liquor Stores for over ten years and have tried a lot of beers, and I am primarily a beer drinker. One day while getting a coffee at a coffee shop that also sold used books I decided to waste some time. I came across Charlie Papazian's 'The new Complete Joy of Home Brewing'. Since I have a thousand hobbies, some of wich I haven't gotten around to even starting yet, I decided I would buy the book under the condition I would not brew. I just wanted to learn more about beer. After the first fifteen pages I decided I would start homebrewing.
