If fermentation took off you were ok, I pitch vials in a pinch and have never had a problem. A
big beer like that will take time to finish out and high alcohol content should not be a

It won't be exactly the same but very close. Or u can add to your glass after opening the
bottle. I would add to a secondary and let it mesh for a week then bottle.
