Nevermind, I started putting 2 and 2 together. So I just recently purchased a refractometer and
that is what i have been using for my FG readings, well I never friggin knew they were

So i am currently at 1.040 and my OG was 1.079, i used Wyests American Ale yeast and it has
been fermenting for about 7 days. Am i on pace for a stuck fermentation?Heres the scoop my last

Ok, made a G'Knight clone and used the buckets the other day. made a world of a difference, so

Sorry, Already sold my 2- 15 gallon demi johns, and 6.6 gallon carboys. Already purchased my
buckets with the cash and next purchase is an O2 tank and a chest freezer. Because one ya know

I just 'racked' a beer out of a bucket to a keg last night. Since my spigot is a bit off the
bottom of the bucket, I just set the bucket on the counter and drain the whole bucket right

Over 17 years I started with buckets, went to carboys, tried a better bottle, used a couple
V-Vessels, Dropped a 6.5 gallon carboy through the bottom of my brew sink, thought about

Great Divide "Rumble" Oaked IPA, delicious, very good IPA with notes of vanilla. Not
overwhelmingly oaky. Happy not quite hilarious.
When describing a decent beer I like to say "Happy, but not quite hilarious."
