I use Nottingham for this recipe and rehydrate. I am going to brew it again tomorrow using a

I just finished drinking my second keg of this brew. I used Willamettes instead of Fuggles due

There are probably close to 20 Saisons in bottle or on tap at my local bottle shops. Maybe I
should go and try them all to see which ones I like :drunk: and work from there. But I kinda
