I doubt it will take any longer. It might even taste better if you like cysers. Yeast is
notorious for being unpredictable though.

It's way too hot to brew in phoenix right now and will be for the next few months. I needed

Tough situation. I've added water to meads that were too sweet and had them start fermenting
again but they end up just tasting like watered down mead in the final product.Your best bet
