    ABOUT ME

  • - I am a huge beer fan and have sampled over 750 different commercial beers in my life. My goal is 1000 brews tasted before I turn yellow and die.rn- I have been home brewing for a few years now, starting like so many others; From Kit to extract to PM and finally to AG. Now that I have tasted AG brews I will never look back to brewing any other way.

It's probably going to be late spring or summer 2014 before I have any real status, but
hopefully I will get this brewed up in the next couple of weeks.

I haven't chilled a beer in two years now, reaching about 40 or so batches and not once have I
seen infection set during that phase of the brewing process. I think the risk of infection
