Sure. What sort of abv are you looking for? Traditional or new style hops? This particular beer
is a little messed up. It has lemongrass and ginger. Just 1g and 4 g respectively, a slight
bump in lemo...

Saison. Bottle conditioned with Brett. 5 months since I bottled and it's finally smoothing

Bottled mine yesterday, and even with the 48hr lag it still tastes great at bottling, hope it
just gets better. Maybe a bit thin but I think that's more to do with me screwing my mash temps

Here in the UK Adnams has a duel strain it uses, can't tell you which two but a bit more from
