Got into brewing at a young age. It was something that had been in the family on and off through the generations. I got into brewing with my father many years ago.
Started building my own setup, started with extract and eventually moved to all grain. Build a cooler MLT, bought a turkey fryer, and all the goodies to do my all grain boils.
I was lucky enough to be able to assist at a local microbrewery, mostly cleaning 15 bbl fermentation tanks. From time to time, I help out there.
Now I just keep on brewin'! -

What's the longest you've ever left your wort out (before pitching yeast, chilling, etc)?
Normally I always chill the wort down in 15-20 minutes, get it into the carboy, pitch the

Still tastes tart. I cracked another one open and the tartness of the brew overpowers it a

Dang dude that's rough. Like others have said, glad you got all the bits n pieces out. Also
