you can use whatever pressure you want, just keep it low enough so things dont foam too much.
about 5-8psi seems to work well

i agree. i've done it both ways. the only issue will be that you will have to avoid more trub
when you transfer to secondary. more of a technical issue. won't effect taste tho.

6 or 6.5 gallon for primary will be fine. if you go with 6 gallon, will probably want to use a
