    I would like to brew pro eventually. I have a physically demanding, dead end job. My
    significant other brings home the bacon. I doubt would hate it although I'm sure it wouldn't be
    as much fun.

    I have seen this lately in my beers. I have some funky stuff on top of my porter. Looks like
    that last pic. We will see. Hopefully nothing. The brew day went awesome. Looking forward to
