    That's a lot of copper. :D You can always just hook up the pump to the in/out of the chiller
    direct and see if the flow rate differs going in vs out.

    Do you have a volt meter? I'd first run tests to make sure that your incomming line is good and
    you don't have any bleeds coming over to the neutral line.

    What chiller do you have? My guess is that it has internal piping that is 1/4 - 3/8" and not
    1/2". That would cause a reduction.

    Any reason why a 5 gallon bucket with a bunch of holes drill in it on a grate above a kettle.
    Place another bucket in that with a barbell?
