    Why do you think you got a stuck sparge?I believe the main reason that my mash got stuck or
    channeling occurs is due to the fine floating mash sediment that settles on top of a mash bed
    causing a vacu...

Glad you like it! Elegance in simplicity. I used to live just up the QE from you. 10 years in Hamilton, then got out on good behaviour!! Not quite the hell hole Torontonians make it out to be... but close!
