A friend and I wanted to open a Brewry/Pub... figured we better learn how to make beer first.
Brewed 4 batches in 1st 2 weeks. An oatmeal stout, pale ale, amber ale, and a wheat.
Have 5 glass carboys... like them better than the buckets. The one beer I put in a bucket doesn't bubble in the airlock and makes me wish I put it in glass instead of listening to the owner of a local home brew store, so I could at least see what I don't understand. -
Kolsch
Cream Ale
Raspberry Wheat
Steam Style
Would love to find a good Widmere Hefeweizen recipe. - Nothing
- Nada
- Pale Ale
-
Stout,
Amber Ale - Male
- Married

How did you "force carb last night"? If you had it at 40 degrees, and 15 psi and shook it, it
should settle right down. If you had it at 30 psi and shook it, it'll be overcarbed. If you
did, just keep...
