    First thing I'd suggest is to move your 30 minute to 0 but if if were my beer (cuz I likes em

    I second the 1007 choice. I've used it a number of times in the low to mid 50's with great
    success. A number of lager yeasts would also do well.

    If the temp is above 68, 24 hours is better than nothing. Other than that, as was mentioned,
    keg hop. I do that all the time.
