- Discovered home brewing in college, but had to take a 4 year hiatus after graduation as I lived in small apartments and moved frequently for jobs. Now that I am settled I've picked the hobby back up and the fact that I have disposable income for the first time is turning this hobby into and addiction.

+1 for switching to low density element. I've seen people add near 90 degree bends to some
elements so you might be able to make it fit your current equipment.
