  • My brother bought me a Mr. Beer kit for a wedding present and my brothers and I got together and made our first pale ale and we've been doing it ever since. I'm not the best brewer but i've paid more for worse tasting beer.

    Thanks for the reply. I think I'm going to go with 1 oz warrior at 60 and then 1 oz amarillo at
    15 and 10 and then 1 oz liberty at 5 and 1. What do you think about dry hopping with galena?

    AG gives you more control. If you do not know what you are trying to control then what is the
