Here's mine!! La Folie clone 3 months in with Wyeast Belgian Lambic Blend. This is the longest
I've gone without tasting my beer. The anticipation is killing me!!Posted in thread: Oak aging a sour on 12-07-2012 at 11:57 AM
Yikes, I just saw that. I already have the chips soaked in the wine for about a week now. What
if I cut the chips down? I was thinking 1oz instead of the 3oz of cubes?Posted in thread: Beer Style Diagram - Crate & Barrel on 12-05-2012 at 02:49 AM
Check out popchartlab.com, they have them there. Super cool. I got one a few months ago for my
new brew room.Posted in thread: Oak aging a sour on 12-05-2012 at 02:42 AM
Sweet, thanks for the info. I'm soaking the chips in some wine for a week or two. I'm replacing
the wine every couple days to mellow out the oakiness. I made the mistake of trying the wine

Awesome!! Looking forward to more updates. I'm in Schaumburg and my be in Wauconda soon. Needed
more space for more brewing!Posted in thread: New Belgium/Lost Abbey "Brett Beer" on 10-07-2012 at 08:37 PM
The Brett Beer was not too bad. La Folie is where it's at. My local Binny's has the 2012 and
2011. I definitely preferred the 2011. I have a La Folie clone going right now. It will be my
first sour.Posted in thread: How to make a 15+% bourbon barrel aged imperial stout on 10-07-2012 at 08:21 PM
Super cool. Planning on doing this once I have a bigger place for my homebrewing.Posted in thread: Two Brothers Brewery on 09-28-2012 at 11:41 PM
Three Floyds is definitely where it's at!! Two Brothers is just okay. They had an aged Hop
Juice that was AWESOME. Not a huge fan of Hop Juice or Hop Juice Black.Posted in thread: How I print beer lables for cheap. small runs and long runs, waterproof-ish. on 09-28-2012 at 12:15 PM
Awesome write up. I'm going to be doing that with my bourbon stout.
